Missouri Regional Camp

June 7-11, 2010

The Missouri Regional Camp has a specific design:

  • To give you an early jump start with your off-season training patterns and levels.
  • To bring the Paavos to a geographical area so more runners can experience what the Paavo really does.
  • To give the Paavo runner who wants to go to higher levels of training the Paavo connection to the North, West and Run Across Texas Camps.

For runners entering 7th through 12th grades.

Check-in at St. Joe State Park (70 miles south of St. Louis).
