Then the Paavo Running Camps are for you.

Offering a uniquely positive environment for all levels of middle and high school runners, the Paavo Running Camps are the place to go to help you reach your running goals.

The Regional Camps (Missouri, Texas, and Nebraska) last for five days in the middle of June and are for runners entering 7th through 12th grades. These early summer camps are meant to jump start your training levels.

The Middle School Camp in Michigan lasts for seven days at the end of June and is for runners entering 6th through 8th grades. This camp is for runners who want to be a better high school runner.

The North Camp in Michigan lasts for seven days at the end of June and is for runners entering 9th through 12th grades. This camp is a mid-summer test of training.

The West Camp starts in Indiana, travels out to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and Wyoming, and returns to Indiana, for a two-week camp meant to take the runner to high levels of training. This camp is held in the middle of July and is for runners entering 9th through 12th grades.

The Run Across Texas Camp is just that, a seven-day camp the first week of August that travels across the state and back, and is for runners entering 9th through 12th grades. This is a special high level training experience for the first day of fall cross country.

The Florida Camp is a five-day, mid-winter test of training for runners in 7th through 12th grades. It is held every year from December 27th-31st along the Gulf Coast of Florida.
